This show includes a featured poet, open-mic, and poetry slam. First place in the slam wins $50. Second place wins $30. Third place wins $20. Prize money provided by Arts in Stark. Featured poets brought to you by BR Square.

Please note that the open-mic list is closed once the open-mic starts, and the slam list is closed once the slam starts, so please arrive on time to sign-up.

SLAM COMPETITION RULES:
Must be an original poem written by the competitor.
No more than 3 minutes or points will be deducted.
No usage of props, including other people.
Only a short portion of your piece may be sung, your performance must be spoken-word.
